Who we are

ZigZag Trader is operated by FintekSoft. We build trading infrastructure for brokers and prop firms. For anything about your data, write to sales@zigzagtrader.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form on this site, or a lead form we run on Facebook, Instagram or Google, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, phone number if you give one, company, country and your message. We also record which page or ad brought you to us (campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link you followed), and, for enquiries sent from this site, your IP address and browser user agent so we can filter automated spam.

If you sign in to one of our live demos with the public demo credentials, the demo platform stores the activity on that shared demo account like any trading account. Do not enter personal data there.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, keep track of the conversation, and keep spam out. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and on taking the steps you ask for before a contract. We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Who sees it

Our sales and engineering team. Enquiries are stored in our own CRM on servers we rent from our hosting provider, and a short alert about each new enquiry goes to the team's internal messaging channel. When you use a lead form inside Facebook, Instagram or Google, that platform also processes what you submit under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own. When we measure an advertising campaign, Google's tag runs with advertising and analytics storage switched off, so it stores nothing in your browser; it only reports, without cookies, that an enquiry was sent after an ad click.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a customer, the records needed for the contract are kept for as long as the law requires. Spam is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to us contacting you again. Email sales@zigzagtrader.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
